The room itself was incredibly comfortable, with a bed that provided the best night's sleep I've had in ages. Despite the chilly weather outside, the temperature in the room was always just right. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job of keeping the room spotless, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The amenities provided, such as ironing facilities and tea/coffee making facilities, were also greatly appreciated.

In summary, I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location, service, and facilities were all exceptional.

The attached Bankstown Sports Club was a fantastic bonus, with its variety of restaurants, live music, and bars. The meals at the Greenfields Station Restaurant were delicious and reasonably priced. The included underground parking was a big plus as parking can be expensive in Sydney. we highly recommend Mercure for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
